After reading all the interviews some things I have learned is that the people during this time had a very hard time with making money. Also people during this time were very focused on the war and its outcome.
Some examples of people having a hard time during The Great Depression is the fact that there were very few jobs. This is because the lack of money and business could not afford to employ a lot of workers. Also the stock market had lost it value meaning that the dollar itself, lost its value.
People during this time mostly depended on the outcome of the war for their furture. This is becasue the war not only required young men to enlist, but money to fight.
